Kaitlyn Pier, daughter of Gary Pier and Kristy Oller, has been named January-Senior-of-the-Month at Mount Pulaski High School.
Kaitlyn has been a member of FFA, FCCLA, and Yearbook during her time at MPHS. In addition to her extracurricular activities, she has maintained good grades, earning Straight A’s first semester of her senior year.
Kaitlyn has helped out in the community as well. She has cleaned up parks around Mt. Pulaski, trick-or-treat for canned goods, and participated in MPHS’s day of service. She has also helped students by working with them on math skills. In addition to school and volunteering, Kaitlyn is a Dietary Aid at Vonderlieth.
Kaitlyn plans to attend MTI in Springfield to get her CNA license. She plans to work as a CNA while attending Lincoln Land to get her Radiology degree.
