Dear Parents and Students,
Remote Learning will continue through Friday, May 15. During the two days on which we would have normally had final exams, we will use a drive-through process to collect school materials back from students and return their possessions to them. All student lockers will be cleaned out by school personnel who will place their items in bags labeled with their names. Students or parents will drive to the south end of the building (by the cafeteria) and will be greeted by school personnel who will bring student belongings to the car and collect the student’s textbooks, library books, iPads, chargers/cables, etc. Mrs. Fricke will be sending out more detailed instructions regarding the collection of school iPads. Students should also plan to pay any fees that they owe at this time.
On Monday, May 18, from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m., all students with a last name beginning with A-M will pick up their items from the high school.
On Tuesday, May 19, from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., all students with a last name beginning with N-Z will pick up their items from the high school.
Seniors who have not already cleaned out their lockers can have their belongings returned the same day and time they film their part of graduation. Seniors should also plan to return their textbooks, library books, iPads, chargers/cables, etc. and pay any fees they owe at the time of their video session.
Sincerely,
Terry J. Morgan, Principal
