Ella Woodworth, daughter of Brian and Lucy Woodworth of Chestnut, has been named January-Senior-of-the-month at Mount Pulaski High School. She was selected for this honor based on the criteria of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
During her time at MPHS Ella has done 4 years of football cheer, 2 years of basketball cheer, and 4 years of art club. She also has been dancing for 14 years.
Ella has earned recognition on the High Honor Roll also during her 4 years of high school.
Outside of school, Ella volunteers with The Turning Point, a nonprofit organization in Decatur.
Ella plans to attend the University of Illinois at Springfield and major in Clinical/Laboratory Science.
