Armstrong has already cancelled school and all after-school activities for tomorrow, so there will be no girls' basketball game. Our F/S boys' basketball game against Auburn has also been cancelled.
All extracurricular practices for tomorrow are to be determined, but there are no cancellations at this time.

Mount Pulaski CUSD 23 is pleased to partner with the Logan County Department of Public Health and Who We Play For to offer ECG heart screening for all MPCUSD 23 students ages 10 and up.
This optional ECG screening works to identify heart abnormalities in seemingly healthy kids who could be at risk for sudden cardiac arrest. A simple 5-minute heart screening could help reduce the risk of sudden cardiac arrest by 90%. This screening will be offered at no cost to all MPCUSD 23 students ages 10 and up.
Who We Play For screening will be held at Mount Pulaski schools on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. All registrations will take place via the Who We Play For website.
Be sure to select the correct attendance center for each child you register. Screenings will occur at the grade school in the morning and at the high school in the afternoon. Only students who are fully registered will be screened.
Each electrocardiogram (ECG) heart screening is interpreted by a pediatric cardiologist or cardiologist volunteering to serve on WWPF's Medical Advisory Team. Results are returned via email up to 7 business days after the screening.
Athletics will resume as scheduled at 10am today to allow adequate time for the building to warm up.
Power has been restored.
