Changes for the JH Baseball County Game TOMORROW 9/3: The game vs. Hartsburg-Emden will start at 6:00pm and will be played at Frazier Park in Mt. Pulaski.

8/31: Due to the heat index the home baseball game vs. Central A & M has been cancelled.

Attendance Incentive at MPGS. Starts next Monday, August 31-Friday, Septemeber 4!

Our very own Jan Bowers, MPHS math teacher, will be tossing out the ceremonial first pitch at the Women’s Professional Baseball League game in Springfield on Thursday, August 27, 2026. Ms. Bowers is being recognized as a trailblazer for girls & womens sports as a both a player and a coach. The game will begin at 6:30 on Thursday at Robin Roberts Stadium with the first pitch approximately 5-10 minutes before gametime. Please feel free to come out and cheer her on!

Good evening! Open gym for jr. high girls basketball begins one week from today! All 5th - 8th grade girls not currently playing a fall sport should plan on attending. Dates and times are posted on the flyer. The girls that are attending should wear their reversible jerseys and bring a water bottle. Please reach out to Coach Anderson if you have any other questions or concerns. 🎩🏀
