Parent Council is holding a Paint Event at MPHS to get students & their adult family members engaged in an activity together within the school building. So, if you're an interested student, find an interested adult/parent/family member to enjoy this event with you!
The Mt. Pulaski Prom Committee is starting their first fundraiser of the year! They are selling the 2022 Official St. Louis Cardinals Calendars. Sales begin today and orders are due by November 12, 2021. Cost is $16 with $7 from each calendar coming back to sponsor the Prom. Delivery will occur before Christmas, so start your shopping early for the Cardinal fans in your life! Checks can be made out to MPHS and can be dropped off in the high school office. You can email Mrs. Clark with the number of calendars you want - mclark@mtpulaski.k12.il.us. The Prom Committee members will also have sheets and will be circulating in town selling.
Mt. Pulaski Boosters Club is selling Pura Vida bracelets to help support all students involved in athletics and activities. We have them in blue/grey/white and purple/gold so we can show our school spirit for both schools. They are available in the high school office and are $5 each. Stop by and get yours.
FCCLA had a second go at Fall Leadership Meeting, this time in Springfield. Lilly led the meeting and a couple of students who couldn't make it to the FLM in Charleston came along to support her.
Student Council will be Trick-or-Treating for canned goods.

Reminder: The first Parent Council meeting at Mount Pulaski High School is tomorrow night! This group will assist us in planning/developing and coordinating workshop opportunities for parents in our community. Parent workshop topics, dates, and times will be determined by this council. All interested parents are welcome to attend. Enter through the front doors and proceed to the cafeteria.

This is a reminder that school dismisses at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow, 10/8. There is no school on Monday, 10/11, in observance of Columbus Day.
Mount Pulaski FCCLA attended the Illinois Ignite! Conference the last two days where members heard from speaker Eddie Slowikowski, learned about FCCLA programming, and planned the Chapter program of work for the year. They had some fun also!
The high school volleyball game will not be played on October 4. It will be rescheduled.
The high school soccer match at Pana will proceed as scheduled on October 4.

MPHS Picture Day will be on the afternoon of Monday, October 4, 2021. To order pictures, visit Inter-State Studios online and use order code 59161HA.
Also, volleyball and golf pictures will be taken. These athletes should have their uniforms with them at school. Order forms were sent home with athletes...but orders can also be placed online at the Inter-State Studios website by using order code 63185HA.
