Tuesday, May 17: The Art Show is from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the high school cafeteria. The high school band concert is in the Multipurpose Gym at 7:30 PM. Doors will open at 6:00 PM for the Art Show. Come join us and celebrate the arts at MPHS!
FFA Award Night is tonight at 7:30 PM! Doors open at 6:30 PM. The ceremony is in the multipurpose gym followed by dessert in the cafeteria.
Coming to the play? Only the west "Gym Entrance" doors will be used for the drama production. Be sure to park in the west lot and enter through those doors. Doors unlock at 6:30 p.m. Show begins at 7:00 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for seniors, and $3 for students.
Art 1 students created their large-scale flowers using oil pastels.
Art 1 and 2 completed my favorite project of the year. Georgia O'Keeffe-inspired flowers. These are Art 2 students' beautiful paintings created using acrylic paint on canvas.
Doors unlock tonight at 5:30 PM for our ceremonies. You may use the west "Gym Entrance" or the front lobby entrance. The ceremony is in the main gym.

Students enjoyed a day of preparing Colombian arepas with ají for Spanish class. Simple ingredients turned into delicious, authentic food.

The softball game for tonight has been canceled due to wet field conditions. There will be practice tonight from 3:30-5:30pm. Practice on Friday will be from 3:30-5:00pm.

Students created a rendition of the Starry Night after returning from the Vincent Van Gogh exhibit.
Join us up town for the Prom Grand March this Saturday, May 7, at 5:00 p.m.
(If it rains, we will be in the high school main gym.)
This student just finished his clock/mirror woods project. It was made from quartersawn walnut and turned out to be an awesome project. Nice work!
Baseball Game TOMORROW -
The Baseball Game scheduled for tomorrow at North Greene has been CANCELED
Baseball Game TONIGHT - Rescheduled due to the weather conditions. This game will be rescheduled for Thursday, May 5th at 4:30pm. This will be a home game.
The Track and Baseball pictures have been rescheduled for Friday, May 6th at 2:30pm. Online ordering will be the same.
Track will start at 2:30.
Baseball will get dressed at 2:45 and then have pics at the field before the game.
Josten's will be here on Monday, May 16th during study hall to deliver class rings. Please make sure you have your payment sent in or send it with your student that day to ensure they are able to get their class ring.
