It's arepas time!!! Spanish 2 students enjoyed a day of making arepas, Mexican street corn, & agua fresca. ¡Qué rico! 😋
The soccer game scheduled for tonight at Warrensburg-Latham has been cancelled.
FCCLA members participated in the annual Ignite! Conference leadership training this weekend. A fun time was had by all and a lot of planning for this year was also accomplished.

Congratulations to Week 5 Winners: Hayden and Nelson Palmquist!
Nutrition class got some lab time in to make fiesta pinwheels now that they have all earned their food handlers license.
Learning about the dyeing process and then doing some tie dye in Textiles class.
We will be holding parent teacher conferences at the high school on Thursday, October 19th from 3:00pm until 7:45pm and on Friday, October 20th from 8:00am until 11:45am.

MPHS will be hosting a Career Fair on October 6th from 8:45-11am. Any community members interested in attending to discuss your career with students, please contact Melanie Hinson at mhinson@mtpulaski.k12.il.us. We still have 6 spots available.
