Experiment Day!
Choir had some awards passed out today for choir-lympics and meme contest. For note names on choir-lympics, Charity Woodford got first place, Lily Woodworth got second place and Alexis Bishop got third place. For solfege on choir-lympics, Charity Woodford got first place, Kya Matson got second place, and Alexis Bishop got third place. For the meme contest, junior high teachers chose their favorite school related meme and choir related meme. Charity Woodford and Kya Matson won for best school related meme and Kendra Stewart won for best choir meme.
The Spring Concert is at the high school on Tuesday, May 17, at 6:30 PM. Doors will open at 6:00 PM. The event is in the Multipurpose Gym. All spectators should park in the west lot and enter at the "Gym Entrance."
2nd graders made their own rainy rhythms using quarter notes, eighth notes, sixteenth notes, and quarter rests.
